Flávio Pires is an brazilian interdisciplinary designer, visual artist and black person. Currently working as Staff Product Designer at iFood. Prior engagements include Senior Product Designer at Vittude and Neon, and Product Designer at RaiaDrogasil and OLX.

Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, I grew up in the suburbs with several access difficulties, which makes me value all types of connections and experiences. At the same time, the pragmatism of looking at the world based on my experiences and the creativity of finding new possibilities surround my work. I am very curious about academic subjects and research methods, as well as data analysis.
Other than that, I am interested in always working with innovation and experimentation, from the simplest prototype to the most pleasant interface. When I'm not working or talking about design, you'll also find me playing RPGs with my friends, traveling around Brazil or visiting new restaurants, as I love cooking and trying new foods.
